Roswell is home to leaders who are shaping the next generation, and Aditi Khanna, owner of We Rock The Spectrum Kids Gym Atlanta, is creating a space where every child is welcomed, included, and encouraged to thrive. Her mission-driven business offers a joyful environment where families can play, learn, and connect.

A Second Act Fueled by Purpose
Aditi’s path began as a child performer, where she learned that the show must go on and that there is always a second act. These early lessons taught her to push through challenges, stay creative, and remain deeply aware of the energy around her.
As a young management professional, she realized she shines when she's steering vision into motion and making things happen. She loved creating momentum, driving change, and bringing ideas to life. Inspired by her mother, a lifelong teacher, Aditi promised herself she would not live with the question of “what if.”
Working with schools in Atlanta revealed a deep need for an inclusive indoor space where children of all abilities could learn and play together. That vision became the heart of her business.
A Space Where Every Child Belongs
We Rock The Spectrum Kids Gym Atlanta is, in Aditi’s words, “a family fun place for all kids, where no parent has to feel sorry.”
It is the only indoor facility in the area designed for neurotypical and neurodivergent children to thrive side by side. The gym offers open play, school break camps, drop-off care, classes, and enrichment programs, all rooted in the same philosophy: safety, acceptance, and connection.
Aditi wants children to build friendships, create memories, and learn from one another in a space that reflects the kind of community she believes in.

Strength Through Challenges
Aditi’s entrepreneurial journey has included overcoming bias and assumptions. She has experienced moments of hesitation and surprise when people realize she is the owner. As she says, "I’m brown with a Brit twist to my accent, raised in Delhi and Mumbai. I grew up believing there are no free lunches and you never grab a free drink. That’s who I am, and I’m not changing it to fit in." Her clarity and confidence are a powerful reminder that showing up as your whole self is more than enough.
Instead of letting these obstacles discourage her, Aditi uses them as fuel. Each challenge motivates her to continue showing up with strength, confidence, and pride in her work and her identity.
Growing Through Connection
Aditi shared that she wishes she had understood the power of networking earlier. Building genuine relationships has helped her expand her reach and strengthen her business.
Her family has also been her greatest support system. As a mother of two daughters, she often says it is not just her who hustles, it is the entire household. They encourage her, challenge her, and give her strength to continue moving forward.
To Aditi, success now means reaching more families, bringing more smiles, and becoming a trusted resource for her community.

Motherhood and Meaningful Balance
Working with children for more than 20 years has shaped Aditi’s approach to her business. Motherhood added an even deeper understanding of what families need.
Her favorite ways to recharge include spending time with her daughters, baking for them, and teaching dance workshops. Her advice to other moms dreaming of starting a business is simple: go for it, and take care of yourself along the way. A happy heart brings happy energy to your work.
A Community Built on Inclusion
Aditi loves Roswell for its warmth and connectedness. “We are small, everyone knows everyone. Young parents, old parents, and grandparents are welcome,” she wrote.
She also supports other women-owned local businesses, including Laura Lerman Real Estate and Tran Bui Productions, who have been strong partners in the community.
When she needs inspiration or clarity, Aditi turns to nature. Stepping outside and soaking in fresh air brings her back to balance.

A Mission That Moves Families Forward
We Rock The Spectrum Kids Gym Atlanta is more than a business. It is a place where inclusion is lived out daily and where children of all abilities can feel safe, joyful, and celebrated. Through her courage, creativity, and commitment, Aditi continues to create meaningful change for families across Roswell.
