In her role as Interim CEO of a global wholesale furniture brand, she helped expand retail partnerships with Target, Wayfair, and HomeGoods, while reshaping global operations for long-term resilience.

She began working with companies in China 15 years ago, starting with HP Beijing in 2010, and has returned many times since to develop sourcing and manufacturing strategies at scale.

She launched her career during the 2009 recession — an era that deeply shaped her resilience and adaptability. Over the past decade and a half, she’s worked side by side with CEOs through global downturns, pandemics, tariffs, rapid technological shifts, the birth and rise of social media, and the ever-evolving appetite of modern consumers. Her approach is grounded in real-world experience navigating change, disruption, and innovation in equal measure.
