Meet alexandra Loulias
Where Strategy Meets Execution
Alexandra Loulias is an Online Business Manager (OBM) who works at the level of the founder, not just supporting the business, but stepping into it.
With over 16 years of experience across operations, finance, marketing, and AI, she partners with business owners to bring structure to what’s working, fix what isn’t, and build systems that support real growth.
She does not just advise. She implements.
She does not just organize. She drives forward.

How She Works
Alexandra is known for her ability to quickly understand how a founder thinks, then translate that into direction, systems, and execution.
Her work spans marketing, finance, AI, and operations, effectively mirroring the functions of a fractional COO and fractional CFO to complement the CEO/Founder.
She focuses on:
• Identifying inefficiencies that slow growth
• Building structure around revenue, operations, and decision-making
• Creating systems that support both current demand and future scale
She brings the tools and momentum needed to move the business forward, while helping founders stay focused on the vision and growth.
Global Operations & Supply Chain Experience
Alexandra brings deep, hands-on experience working across international teams and supply chains.
Over the past 15+ years, she has:
• Worked closely with manufacturing partners in China, including early experience in Beijing with HP
• Collaborated on projects involving the State Film and TV division in China
• Partnered with teams in the Philippines, Germany, Argentina, and Mexico
• Built and managed fulfillment systems delivering to 46+ countries, including VAT, duties, and international logistics
This global experience allows her to design operations that are scalable, efficient, and built to handle complexity.
Leadership & Execution
As Chief Operating Officer of a multimillion-dollar startup, Alexandra led a 5x scale, reaching a $20M valuation while building systems across the entire business, from supply chain to team structure.
As Interim CEO of a global wholesale furniture brand, she expanded retail partnerships with Costco, Home Depot, Target, Wayfair, and HomeGoods while restructuring global operations for long-term sustainability.
She has worked alongside companies featured in:
Shark Tank, Vogue, NPR, The Guardian, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Goop, Cool Hunting, Eater, Widewalls, ArtNet, The Village Voice, LA Weekly, TED, and SXSW.
Marketing & Financial Strategy
Beyond operations, Alexandra integrates marketing and financial strategy into every engagement.
She has:
• Developed campaigns with consistent, measurable ROI
• Built financial reporting systems that give founders real-time visibility
• Helped leaders make confident decisions backed by data
Foundation
Alexandra began her career during the 2009 recession, an experience that shaped her approach to resilience, adaptability, and practical problem-solving.
She has worked through global downturns, supply chain disruptions, and rapid technological shifts, including the early rise of social media as a core business growth channel. From the early days of Facebook to the expansion of Instagram as a marketing engine, she has participated firsthand in how businesses evolve alongside technology.
Her approach is grounded in real-world experience navigating change while building businesses that last.
Today
In 2024, Alexandra founded Small Biz OBM to bring high-level operational strategy into small businesses in a way that is both accessible and immediately actionable.
Small Biz OBM is an all-in-one solution across operations, finance, marketing, and AI, giving small businesses the strategic support and implementation they need to scale with confidence.
Her work is designed for founders who do not just want advice.
They want direction, structure, and momentum.
Her mission is to bring the tools, experience, and growth insights she has gained over the last 16 years into businesses that are ready to grow, not just to increase revenue, but to create meaningful impact for the people behind them. The founders, their families, their teams, and the communities they serve.
She believes small businesses should have access to the same level of tools, strategy, and knowledge as larger corporations, without needing a large team or significant investment to get there.
