Ellen’s journey began seven years ago when she launched her makeup and skincare business. Along the way, she became fascinated with the world of color analysis. After experiencing her own color consultation nearly a decade ago, she never forgot how fun and empowering it felt.

Now, as a certified Color Analyst Expert, she brings that same excitement to her clients. “I loved the experience when I had my colors done,” Ellen wrote. “Now I get to bring that same joy and confidence to other women.”

Ellen describes her work simply: helping women discover the shades that make them glow. Her Full Color Analysis Sessions have become her most popular service, guiding clients through their seasonal palettes and offering makeup recommendations tailored to their features.

“Ladies are really enjoying learning about their seasons and most flattering colors,” she shared. “It is such a fun experience.”

Family, Encouragement, and Heart

Ellen credits her family as her biggest support system. They were her first “test clients” as she practiced draping and evaluating undertones. “My husband and kids were such troopers letting me drape them and test my eye for undertones and contrast,” she shared.

Friends and long-time clients have also been invaluable, spreading the word, sharing her posts, and booking sessions. “It has meant the world to feel that kind of love and encouragement,” she wrote.

Motherhood and Finding Balance

As a mother, Ellen has intentionally built her business in a way that aligns with her family’s needs. She sees clients both virtually and from her home studio, creating a beautiful balance between work and motherhood.

“Motherhood has definitely shaped the way I run my business,” she shared. “I wanted to build something meaningful that also works well for our family in this season.”

She loves meeting clients while her kids are at school, and she hopes to encourage other moms who are dreaming of building something of their own.

Roswell has always been home for Ellen. She grew up here, moved away for college in Birmingham, and returned to start her family and her business. “I am so proud to have my small business here,” she wrote.
